Looking for a personalized, one-of-a-kind hand-tufted rug? Whether you’ve spotted something online or have a unique design in mind, HelloRugs is here to bring your vision to life. Each rug is 100% hand-tufted by our skilled professionals, crafted right here in our studio.
How It Works:
- Send us an illustrated image of the design you'd like us to tuft.
- Specify your desired rug dimensions—our maximum frame size is 145cm x 85cm.
- We will provide a quote based on the size and complexity of your design.
- Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send an invoice, and the rug-making process will begin upon full payment.
Important Notes:
- Colours may vary slightly, but we will discuss options with you beforehand.
- If the design is not feasible, we may need to decline your custom order.
- The standard production time for custom rugs is 3.5 weeks. Please order in advance to avoid delays.
- All rugs are professionally glued, shaved, and hand-carved by our expert artisans.

Estimated Pricing:
- *$215 for a 50cm x 50cm rug
- *$235 for a 60cm x 60cm rug
- *$265 for a 70cm x 70cm rug
