How to redeem?

1) Under "Tufting Workshops", add to cart the workshop you were gifted
2) Choose a date and time you would like to book your session
3) Enter your particulars on the checkout page & key in code under voucher section
4) Confirmation text will be sent within 24hrs
5) Show up on your workshop date and have fun tufting!

Terms and conditions:

- Gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash
- Not valid with any other ongoing promotions or discounts
- Bookings are subject to availability (closed on Tuesdays)
- Gift certificates are valid for 1 year after purchase

  • MAILING OF RUGS

    • After your rugs are glued + trimmed on our end, it will be mailed to you directly within 3 weeks after your workshop date, at no additional cost. After 3 weeks if there are no updates, kindly WhatsApp us to check for rug status. We appreciate your patience during busy periods.

  • IMPORTANT DETAILS

    • If you're unable to finish your rugs on time, you can top-up at an additional $10/hr (Depending on our availability)
    • Or you could leave it with us to touch up, and your rug will be delivered within 4 weeks.
